What is your budget? Do you require it to be made for a certain date?
Do you like a minimalist style or lots of detail? An organic, rustic style or a highly polished finish?
Would you like any gemstones in your piece? If so, what sort, or colour? What size would you like them to be approx in mm?
Is the piece to be worn/used everyday or for special occasions?
Do you have any unworn, hallmarked gold jewellery that can be scrapped and offset or if sentimental re-worked into something new?
For an idea on timescale, commissions can take between 6-14 weeks dependant on complexity.
