Processing Time

Current lead times for dispatch of your order are displayed on the announcement banner at the top of the page.
Hallmarked jewellery orders are currently take a little longer due to being sent to the Birmingham Assay Office. Expect to receive your order in around 3-4 weeks.

Shipping Information

UK delivery timescales once dispatched >>>>>

1-5 working days.

I use Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For as standard for orders under £100.

Special Delivery and 1st Class available as an upgrade for UK mainland deliveries.

Proof of delivery will be obtainable and a signature will be required on delivery.

International delivery timescales >>>>>

United States: 5-15 working days

Europe: 3-10 working days

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 14-20 working days

For international postage I use International Tracked and Signed where possible dependent on country.

This service requires a signature on delivery and offers online confirmation for the sender for some destinations. Please see individual listings for countries I ship to.

Any customs fees are the buyers responsibility and I am unable to offer advice on current charges/costs. I cannot be held responsible for any customs delays...

 

Returns & Exchanges

All of my jewellery is packaged in quality eco board gift boxes and then packed in eco wrap packaging or a box for protection.
I am a small business, make and finish every piece by hand to order and want you to love your jewellery. If you should come across any problems please don't hesitate to contact me prior to leaving a review so I can help.

Returns are handled on an individual basis.
Please contact me within 7 days of delivery if you wish to return your item.

If a return is agreed - Send items back within: 30 days of delivery to the address provided on contact.

I don't accept cancellations as I aim to start work on your jewellery soon after ordering.

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items are exempt from being returned or exchanged:-
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons).

Custom or personalised orders such as rings and bracelets made to size. This includes any jewellery with custom messages/details.

I am unable to offer a refund on postage and delivery costs.

Refunds are issued upon my receipt of the item in the condition it was sent in.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
